Summary
So, you’ve completed your organization’s AMS implementation. You’ve invested your time, energy and moohlah! You’ve poured hundreds of hours into the project, consumed countless cups of coffee, eaten too much pizza and celebrated with cake! You’re all done, right?

No! “Go-live” is really just the beginning. Organizations need to approach “life after launch” with the same thoughtfulness as the implementation process. Don’t get us wrong,“go-live” is a mega-milestone that should celebrated, but it’s important to know what to expect and have a plan for the first 12 -24 months after launch. Properly planning and managing expectation for “life after launch” will pay huge dividends for gaining user adoption and lasting confidence for the new software.
